Founded by three friends, Nathalie, Lisa & Mariette, all passionate about good design and design-led sustainability, they believe as designers, they have a responsibility to create beautiful and meaningful products. Bunny & Clyde materials are people and planet-friendly using materials that have come from nature; their products are recyclable, renewable or biodegradable. Their wood comes from forests that are sustainable and responsibly harvested and all glues used are water and plant-based, non-toxic, solvent free.
Their finishes are baby and people-friendly, non-toxic, food-safe, using 100% non-toxic plant and water based lacquers and oils as well as paints that are non-toxic, solvent-free, lead-free, HAPS-free.
Bunny & Clyde are committed to helping sustain and revitalise small businesses, communities, and crafters most local to them, by following a philosophy of local manufacturing; all of their products are made in Ireland. Every item is expertly and lovingly crafted by men and women with decades of experience using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques.
Every day and every year consumers produce so much waste that the planet cannot sustain. Because Bunny & Clyde want to help ensure a future for our children, they makes every effort to eliminate wasteful practices in terms of resources, labour, and materials, by only producing according to demand. This does mean that you need to wait a little longer for your products but with the knowledge that a piece has been made especially for you.
Production time for Bunny & Clyde furniture is 6-12 weeks from the date of order. International deliveries may be an additional 5-30 days on top of the 6-12 week production time. Please note the order date is the date on which the payment is received. All deliveries must be signed for.

Destinations outside of the EU may be subject to additional taxes and duties for which you, the customer will be responsible for.
Furniture: all Bunny & Clyde furniture is made to order and therefore not eligible for returns or refunds. For all furniture orders placed Bunny & Clyde will accept cancellation of your order within 7 days of it being placed, providing that manufacturing has not commenced, Where manufacturing has commenced Bunny & Clyde will accept cancellation within the 7 days but may deduct the costs incurred to date from the sums paid by you.
Normal shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warping of furniture are to be expected and are not structural defects and are therefore not covered. Bunny & Clyde craftsmen try to match grain patterns, but variations will occur and will be evident in your furniture to varying degrees. A variation in grain pattern is not considered defective and is not a reason for returns.
It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture items you have ordered fit into the room for which they are intended, that they will fit through all access points to the room, and that there is sufficient access for the delivery vehicle to reach the delivery address. It is your responsibility to advise Bunny & Clyde of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply at the point of ordering. Should you have any concerns over access, please advise. No returns will be accepted as a result of a furniture item not fitting. Notification of cancellation must be in writing.
Bedding, mattresses, accessories: if you aren’t satisfied with your bedding, mattresses, or accessories purchased, the items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Should you wish to return any items you must advise in writing what you want to return and the reason for the return. Bunny & Clyde will then supply you with a returns reference; this reference must be included in the parcel along with details of the products you are returning. The goods need to be returned in a re-salable condition and in all their original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in a re-salable condition or the packaging is damaged, Bunny & Clyde reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Mattress or bedding sets that have been taken out of its sealed packaging in which it was delivered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You, the customer must pay for any costs associated with returning an item, unless goods have been found to be faulty. Please ensure that you read the care instructions on each individual item, as unfortunately Bunny & Clyde cannot accept items for refund or exchange it they have been damaged through improper care. It is recommended that you send all returns through a recorded delivery system and retain the receipt for proof of delivery, as Bunny & Clyde cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Bunny & Clyde will refund any payments made by you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
