Founder Therese Kerr's holistic journey begun in 2001 with her own health crisis that resulted in the removal of her spleen, which became a revelation for her to regain optimum health, and study nutrition. She now shares her expertise with others, in particular the impact of chemical toxicity on the body and the impact of chemicals found in our personal care and beauty products.
Therese specializes in endocrine disrupting chemicals. Endocrine disrupting chemicals mimic the female hormone estrogen and send our endocrine system and as such our hormones into disarray. According to the latest statistics, 70% of women have some hormone related disorder – from endometriosis to PCOS, infertility, breast or ovarian cancer.
On average, our skin absorbs 60% of everything we place on it. In some instances, it will absorb 100%, for instance when you use the product under your arms or in your intimate areas, when you put product like toothpaste or mouth rinse in your mouth or when you use perfumes and any product containing the word 'fragrance'. Research is showing that our skin will absorb chemicals up to ten times faster than by way of ingestion (eating food with chemicals) because our skin doesn’t have digestive enzymes to break the chemicals down, nor does it have the further purification of the liver that assists in helping to remove toxins and chemicals from the body.

Along with the formulation of their Australian Certified Organic (ACO) products, they are under the strict guidelines of ACO. ACO is one of, if not the most recognized organic certification in the world.
The Divine Company packaging use both glass bottles and one plastic as opposed to normal plastic which is made of many types of plastics and highly toxic.

The Divine Company dispatch orders before 1pm Monday to Friday on the same day of order. All orders require a signature for delivery. Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 3 working days, overseas destinations can take up to 7-10 working days.
Orders will not be delivered if a home is unattended. A notification will be left with pickup from the nearest post office. By ordering The Divine Company products the customer acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to collect their order from the post office, at their own expense.
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
The Divine Company will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
The Divine Company will refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction.
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact Divine product(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition
- Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included
Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied. Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees.
If you have changed your mind about your order and it has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you have received your order from The Divine Company and it is incorrect, The Divine Company will arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned. The Divine Company will dispatch the correct replacement for any incorrect product within 2 working days of receipt of return of the incorrect products. Your return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the products must be returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition.
Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of The Divine Company and will reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
