A gentle foaming cleanser infused with skin refining botanically sourced lactic gel to support the skin resurfacing process revealing younger looking, renewed skin. Regular use dramatically improves skin texture and brightness, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Suitable for daily use on Oily / Combination skin or as a gentle occasional peel on all skin types.

APPLICATION
Place a macadamia nut sized amount onto dampened fingertips and apply to the face, neck and décolletage. Massage into a lather in a circular motion. Leave for up to 20 seconds then remove with a warm, damp face cloth and pat dry. For a more intense resurfacing treatment, leave on the skin for 10-20 minutes.

USE WITH
Always follow with use of the Soothing Rose Toner to balance and reinstate healthy PH levels on the skins surface as well as additional calming and hydrating effects before moisturising or applying a treatment.

Bearberry Extract – A natural extract that reduces excessive sebum, promotes skin brightness, reduces redness, and contains calming anti-microbial properties.
Liquorice Extract – An anti-inflammatory ingredient that helps to eliminate acne causing bacteria. Liquorice Extract reduces the redness of sensitive skin with prolonged use as well as improving dark spots and pigmentation.
Witch Hazel – A soothing astringent that acts as an anti-inflammatory to cleanse and cool the skin. Its calming properties leave an optimum surface to follow with cleansing and hydration.
Lactic Acid – A gentle plant based, alpha-hydroxy acid that dissolves the ‘glue’ that holds dead skin cells to the skin for a resurfacing and renewing effect.

Delivery

The Divine Company dispatch orders before 1pm Monday to Friday on the same day of order. All orders require a signature for delivery.  Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 3 working days, overseas destinations can take up to 7-10 working days.

Orders will not be delivered if a home is unattended. A notification will be left with pickup from the nearest post office. By ordering The Divine Company products the customer acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to collect their order from the post office, at their own expense.

Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.

The Divine Company will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.

Returns

The Divine Company will refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction.

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact Divine product(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Products must be unopened and in the original condition
  2. Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
  3. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included

Return

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.  Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products.  The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees.

 If you have changed your mind about your order and it has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you have received your order from The Divine Company and it is incorrect, The Divine Company will arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned.  The Divine Company will dispatch the correct replacement for any incorrect product within 2 working days of receipt of return of the incorrect products. Your return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the products must be returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition.

Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of The Divine Company and will reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
